New CME activity on recognising azole-resistant aspergillosis launched by the CDC (via Medscape)

February 13 2018

The CDC have published a CME activity in conjunction with Medscape, LLC and Emerging Infectious Diseases, entitled “Recognition of Azole-Resistant Aspergillosis by Physicians Specializing in Infectious Diseases, United States”. The module involves reading a short article describing the results of an Emerging Infections Network survey about clinician awareness of the causes and clinical patterns of azole resistance, and the availability and uptake of resistance testing. To receive a certificate for 1 CME credit, users are directed to Medscape to complete a 3-question multiple-choice quiz (N.B. You will need to register for a free Medscape password to generate your CME certificate).
